Exhibitor shall agree to pay for the fees within 7 days of the contract date. Sponsor shall agree to be responsible for the bank transfer fee.

The selecting priority shall depend on the date of contract.

If the full payment is overdue, the organizer will have the right to waive the sponsorship and the paid part will not be refund.

A written application is required, if the Exhibitor wants to cancel the exhibition. Contract termination date shall be the application receiving date.
50% of the exhibition fee will be the penalty, if the termination date is before July 31, 2017.
100% of the exhibition fee will be the penalty, if the termination date is after July 31, 2017.
