Replacing traditional gold and copper interconnect materials with graphene aims to overcome the limitations of conventional silicon-based chips. By leveraging the unique physical properties of graphene—such as extremely high carrier mobility, excellent thermal conductivity, and mechanical strength—it redefines the performance boundaries of chips. The Yunting Graphene MEMS chip demonstrates exceptional performance in terms of precision, stability, and environmental adaptability.
