Graphene is a representative of new materials and a key material for development in the next fifteen years. SINOPEC adheres to the green, efficient and low-cost preparation technology of graphene as well as the functionalized graphene preparation technology, and actively lays out in the application fields of plastic modification, high-end wave-absorption and catalytic field. This report mainly introduces SINOPEC (Beijing) Research Institute of Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.'s work in graphene in recent years, including the development of green graphene material preparation technology and the development of graphene-based functional materials. The development of green preparation technology for graphene materials mainly introduces the green and low-cost preparation of graphene powder, the preparation of graphene aqueous dispersion, and the preparation technology of functionalized graphene; the development of graphene-based functional materials mainly introduces the intrinsic materials of graphene and graphene-modified materials. Graphene intrinsic materials include one-dimensional graphene-based high-intensity conductive fibers and three-dimensional graphene-based sponges. Graphene modified materials include graphene-based conductive ink, graphene-based coatings and graphene-based wave-absorbing materials.
