Professor/doctoral supervisor, Humboldt scholar in Germany. His research interest is van der Waals layered ferroelectric/piezoelectric crystals and their sensing device applications. In recent years, he has published 45 papers as the first/corresponding author in Advanced Materials (2), ACS Nano (4), Advanced Functional Materials (6), Nano Letters (2), Small (4), etc. There are 6 covers, 3 papers with more than 150 citations, and 10 authorized invention patents. He won the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation of China Materials Research Society, the Outstanding Youth Fund of Heilongjiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation, etc. Currently, he is in charge of 10 projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, sub-projects of the National Key R&D Program, and the “Young Scientists” project of the National Key R&D Program.

Ferromaterials have ferroelectricity, ferroelasticity or ferromagnetism and are widely used in information storage, sensing, nonlinear optics and other fields. Miniaturization, flexibility and multi-functionality are important characteristics for the development of ferrous functional devices in the future. Two-dimensional layered van der Waals ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials have important application prospects in the fields of information functions and sensor devices in the post-Moore era due to their unique electronic structure and physical properties, rich physical property control methods, and easy construction of functional devices. . In this report, I will mainly report on the team’s development in this field in recent years, such as the design and preparation of new two-dimensional ferroelectric and piezoelectric crystals, the exploration of novel ferroelectricity and other physical properties, and the high-resolution micro-nano ferroelectricity Femtosecond laser micro-nano manufacturing of structures, etc.
