Abstract
The new type of electrical conductor materials and equipment is a key link in achieving the carbon neutrality goal of the entire industrial chain of power grid equipment. With the gradual construction of a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system in China and the continuous deepening of the "energy conservation and emission reduction" strategy, the power grid has put forward higher requirements for the transmission capacity of transmission lines and the breaking capacity of high-voltage circuit breaker contacts. Graphene has attracted widespread attention in recent years due to its excellent conductivity, mechanical properties, and high specific surface area. It can be used as a reinforcing phase for traditional metal matrix alloys such as copper, copper tungsten, and silver, greatly improving the service performance of traditional metal transmission and transformation components and equipment. This article starts from three types of metal matrix composite materials: graphene copper tungsten, graphene copper, and graphene silver. It introduces the material composition design, performance characterization methods, batch preparation, and application. At the same time, it prospects the development trend of new electrical materials in the field of power transmission and transformation.
