Abstract
Large scale production of graphene materials isone of the critical problems in its basic research and forindustrial application. Chemical methods such as thegraphite oxide route offer possibilities of producinggraphene on a scale of tons. The Sixth Element has demonstrated mass production of rGO which is in the scale of 100 tons/year. It has enabled the downstream applications of grapheneespecially in coating and composite materials. Traditional high thermal conductivity graphite film uses polyimide film as precursor which are very expensive and limited thickness option. Using GO along with coating method, we are able to get similar thermal performance conductive tape with much lower cost and flexibility.
