Introduction:

High frequency, high speed and integrated circuit technology for electronic devices rapidly develops, and the total power density of functional devices is rising greatly, but the physical size of devices is getting smaller. Therefore, the problem on effectively solving heat dissipation of functional devices is the key manufacture technology of current functional device. Owing to rapid thermal conductivity and heat dissipation, graphene is the excellent thermal materials, can be used for the heat dissipation of functional devices. The topic will discuss how to solve the key technical problems, such as the matching between graphene and metal materials, the contact between graphene and substrate, and so on.
