Introduction：With good electronic properties, large-area continuous graphene film has wide application prospect in photoelectric field, such as nanoelectronic devices, transparent conductive film, display and solar cell electrode, gas sensor, photoelectric conversion and thin film electronic devices. At the present, a great challenge is how to achieve large-size and continuous manufacture of graphene film. This session will discuss the key difficulty on the preparation technology of large area polycrystalline graphene film and single-crystal graphene film.
