This session was hosted by Wencai Ren, Institute of Metal Research, CAS and Wlodek Strupinski, Institute of Electronic Materials Technology. At present, one of the great challenges is how to achieve continuous manufacturing of large-size graphene film. This session will discuss the key difficulty on preparation technology of large area polycrystalline and single-crystal graphene film.
