Introduction：Professor FENG was graduated from the Tsinghua University Department of Precision Instruments and Mechanics in 1970. In 1981 with a master's degree in engineering in Tsinghua university.He was served several important roles in Tsinghua University, including the Director of the Faculty of Precision Instruments and Mechanics, The Director of Scientific & Technology Division, Assistant to the Principal, deputy director of the School Counsel. He is the initiator and the Dean of Shenzhen Institute of Tsinghua University. In the end of 2011, he founded the Shenzhen Leaguer Angel Fund. Since 2012, he served as senior advisor to the Shenzhen science and technology expert committee. He was also the first president of Shenzhen Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Promotion Association since 2014. On November 2015, Shenzhen Graphene Association was founded, with Feng Guanping elected the president.
