Session Co-chairs:Eduard Alarcon, Technical University of Catalunya (UPC), Spain
With good electronic properties, large-size continuous graphene films have been widely used in photoelectric fields, such as nano-electronic devices, transparent conductive film, monitor and solar cell electrode, gas sensor, photoelectric conversion and thin film electronic devices. At present, one of the great challenges is how to achieve continuous manufacturing of large-size graphene film. This session will discuss the key difficulty on preparation technology of large area polycrystalline and single-crystal graphene film.
