Graphene, with distinct energy band  structure, excellent transport properties,  strong light absorbing capacity and other extraordinary features, has extensiveapplication in photoelectric detector, regulator, LED, transport electrode inphotovoltaic devices, saturable absorber of ultra-fast mode-locked lasers, andother optoelectronic devices. This session will briefly discuss research progress and the existing problems of graphene applied in optoelectronic devices, such as how to improve the performance of graphene scalability,texture and persistent.
