Introduction:
Graphene for High Power Device Applications, hosted by Prof. Kjell Jeppson and Johan Liu, attracted a large amount of famous scholars and experts from all over the world, especially Sweden, and has carried on a deep discussion on graphene applications in the field of High Power Device. Prof. Kjell Jeppson, Chalmers University of Technology, shared an interesting lecture about “Cooling Hot Spots by Hexagonal Boron Nitride Heat Spreaders”. Sebastian Volz, Centre National De La Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), delivered a lecture of Graphene as Heat Spreader for Thermal Management of Opto and Electronic Devices. Yifeng Fu, SHT Smart High Tech AB, introduced Graphene Based Films for Thermal Management Application. Baowen Li, University of Colorado Boulder, USA & Tongji University, gave a speech of “ Anomalous Thermal Transport in Suspended Graphene”. Johan Liu, Shanghai University &Chalmers University of Technology, gave an interesting lecture on “New Novel 2D Material Used as Heat Spreader for Microelectronics Cooling Applications”. Michael Edwards, Chalmers University of Technology, showed a talk about “Modelling on Graphene-Based Heat Spreaders”. Wei Yu, Shanghai Second Polytechnic University, shared a lecture of “Exceptionally High Thermal Conductivity of Thermal Grease: Synergistic Effects of Graphene and Alumina”. There were also some other letures like “Application of Graphene-Based Materials in Phase-change Heat Transfer Device”, shared by Yew Mun Hung, Monash University, “Evaporation of Water Droplets on Graphene Coatings”, shared by Kai Yen Yong, Monash University Malaysia.
