Haofei Shi, researcher of Chongqing Institute of Green Intelligent Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, doctoral supervisor and director of micro nano-manufacturing and system integration research center. His main research fields are graphene material preparation, micro nano processing technology and optoelectronic devices. In recent years, it has hosted over 10 projects, including the Ministry of science and technology, the Ministry of industry and industry, the National Natural Science Foundation, the provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological tackling key projects, and published over 40 academic papers, and has applied for more than 100 inventions.
