石墨烯是一种新型的碳纳米材料，近年来在复合材料、储能、光电器件等领域的应用前景被普遍看好，然而其在农林业的应用，尤其是在食用菌栽培方面的研究还鲜有报道。有研究表明，石墨烯与天然木质素在结构方面存在相似之处，因而可能被大型蕈菌分解和利用。团队研究了石墨烯对羊肚菌、香菇、白参菌等食用菌的菌丝生长，菌核形成以及产量、品质等方面的影响，揭示了石墨烯应用在食用菌栽培领域具有一定的潜力。
