本研究通过比较石墨烯与石墨烯-高效氯氟氰菊酯、石墨烯-氟氯氰菊酯复混物处理的棉铃虫表型、生理指标变化等特征,旨在解析石墨烯杀虫剂复混物的增效杀虫机制。研究设置对照、石墨烯、杀虫剂、石墨烯-杀虫剂复混物4种组合,处理棉铃虫幼虫。结果表明,石墨烯可增强杀虫剂的杀虫活性,与单独杀虫剂相比,石墨烯与杀虫剂的复混物表现出对棉铃虫幼虫增强的接触毒性,包括增加致死率、降低棉铃虫体长与体重,从而降低杀虫剂的使用量。扫描电镜(SEM)结果表明,石墨烯可吸附在棉铃虫外表皮细胞表面,破坏角质层细胞表面刺状突起结构,增加杀虫剂渗透性,提高杀虫剂功效和利用效率。表明石墨烯基纳米杀虫剂在植物保护领域存在广阔的应用前景。
