Professor Tiehu LI, doctoral supervisor and national second-class Professor in Northwestern Polytechnical University. He is currently a member of the discipline review group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, a member of the Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, a member of the Academic Committee of National Graphene Product Quality Supervision and Testing Center, the director of Shannxi Engineering laboratory for Graphene New Carbon Materials and Applications, the deputy editor of Carbon Technology from China Metal Society, the editor of New Carbon Materials from Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the editor of Carbon from China Society of Electrotechnics, the editor of Coal Conversion, the editor of Journal of Transportation Engineering.
Over past years, he has been engaged in the teaching and research of carbon and graphite materials for aerospace. He has successively completed and studied more than 30 research topics in the field of national and military carbon and graphite materials, won 4 provincial and ministerial scientific and technological achievements prizes, won the first prize of national teaching achievements and 1 special prize of Shaanxi teaching achievements, and published more than 300 papers, including 6 papers published in Nature, Science, Nature Electronics, Nature Communication, more than 200 papers collected by SCI, 18 papers(times) highly cited by ESI, and the highest impact factors is 41. Relevant research results have been approved by China Science Daily, aslo has made two special reports and been applied in many military enterprises. He has trained 8 postdoctors, 57 doctors and 118 masters.
