Abstract
Due to its excellent physicochemical properties, graphene oxide shows significant technical advantages and huge application prospects in the field of energy saving and environmental protection, especially in the membrane separation technology. In our works, based on the concept of the membrane structure design, by adding an appropriate amount of additional reagents, graphene oxide membrane with uniform microstructure and high bonding strength was prepared on the porous ceramic support. Meanwhile, the separation performance of the membrane was optimized. Under the optimized process parameters, the graphene oxide membrane displays a high water permeation flux and excellent rejection performance for different salts. Our research work effectively expands the applications of graphene oxide material in the field of separation membrane technology.
