He led the high-efficiency power generation and information energy integration team and achieved some important research results in the field of high-efficiency optoelectronics and generator components, including high-efficiency new generation devices, high-efficiency solar cells, and efficient self-driving photoelectric detection. The concept and device physical framework of dynamic diode generator are first proposed. At present, he has nearly 80 academic papers which have been published in Research, Adv. Mater., Nano Lett., Adv. Sci., Adv. Energy Mater., iScience, Matter, Adv. Funct. Mater., Nano Energy and other journals, and has been cited more than 3000 times on Google. He has authorized nearly 20 invention patents and served as deputy editor in chief of Science Bulletin and other academic part-time jobs.
