Professor Jinbo Bai, received his Bachelor and Master degree from Xi’an Jiaotong University (1978.2-1985.2) and doctor degree in Science of Materials from Ecole Centrale Paris in 1991. He is Director of researcher of the National Center for Scientific Research, director of the Nanotubes and nano/microcomposites lab,  Director of nanoreinforced polymers cooperation network in France, working in the fields of Nano Carbon Materials structure, functional composite Materials and green Energy. He has published more than 200 articles in “Advanced Materials, Nano Energy, J. Mater. Chem. A, Carbon” and other international journals, with more than 10 French, European and international patents, and has long time been acting as international journal editorial board member and more than 50 international journals reviewer, and led more than 60 domestic and international cooperation research projects. He has served as evaluation expert for many countries and  in many fields for recruiting and selection.
