　　郭正晓，香港大学浙江研究院执行院长，香港大学理学院/工学院教授，伦敦大学学院 (UCL)荣誉教授, 英国皇家化学学会会士。曾任：UCL材料化学教授（ 2007-18）；Queen Mary, University of London 讲师、 教授（ 1995-07）； 牛津大学和 Strathclyde 大学 ResearchFellow（1990-95， 1988-90）； 1988 年获得曼彻斯特大学博士学位。 郭教授课题组多年来在能源、 纳米、 生物材料及其产品的制备，制/智造与多层次模拟方面贡献突出，已发表 300 多篇高质量 SCI 论文，300 篇国际学术报告和 100 多篇特邀报告，近几年负责主持相关课题经费近 10 亿 RMB （£100 million）。曾荣获贝尔比奖章与奖金(Beilby Medal & Prize 2000)，为该奖设立 70 多年来第一位华人得主。 在管理方面，郭教授多年来致力于国际交流合作。曾负责 UCL-大中华区（中国大陆、台湾、香港、澳门等）的事务：2008-16 年为 UCL“华区事物副校长”（UCL-China Pro-Provost；为 QS 排名世界前十大学的唯一一位华裔校领导） ，2016-18 年担任 UCL 中英合作特使（ UCL-China Ambassador）。曾为欧盟能源联盟“先进能源材料于制备”执委成员（2013-18）；2009-12 年被聘为英国商业创新技能部—英中纳米材料聚焦合作负责人，是英国 48 家集团 教-企合作“破冰者”主席 、中国国务院侨办，中科院，北京市等机构的海外高级顾问专家，多家科研机构院所的外聘教授 。
