Professor Bai, received his doctor's degree from the Central Polytechnic University in Paris in 1991, first-level researcher of the national center for scientific research in France, director of NM materials lab, member of western China construction team, vice President of China association for science and technology workers across France, member of oversea consultative group of Beijing science and technology center, evaluation expert of Ministry of Education, director of nanoparticles and polymer cooperation framework in French, member of academic review committee in many universities, evaluation expert of European Union and international scientific research plan. Professor Bai is an internationally renowned expert in fields Nano Carbon Materials structure, functional composite Materials and green Energy. Up to the beginning of 2018, Professor Bai has published nearly 200 articles in the “Advanced Materials, Nano Energy, j. Matar. Chem. A, Carbon” and other international authoritative academic papers, with more than 10 international invention patents, and has longtime been in the post of international magazine editors and more than 50 international journals evaluation experts for more than 30 domestic and international cooperation research projects in France. 

On March 26, 2017, a Chinese graphene industry delegation led by Dr. Yichun Li, secretary general of the China graphene industrial technology innovation strategic alliance, conducted the research and application of Chinese graphene with a delegation of French scholars before the 2017 global graphene spring conference. Professor Bai, the first class director of the Paris central institute of technology, the French national center for scientific research, and the vice President of the all-France China association of science and technology workers, introduced the current research trends and future development direction of graphene in international academic and industrial circles. Based on professor Bai jinbo's outstanding contributions in the field of graphene, the organizing committee of the 2018 China international graphene innovation conference invited him to give aspecial presentation on the application of graphene in the automotive industry BBS, and shared his stories with audience. Professor Bai also hopes to use the platform of the conference to carry out active exchanges and cooperation with more domestic and foreign institutions and contribute to the development of graphene industry in China and even the world.
