Tong Shi, has more than 10 years' experience in management project and financial management of large state-owned enterprise groups. He has worked in the financial business and clean energy business management departments of Zhongjinling, the state grid power technology company under the state grid corporation of China.

He has successively participated in founding a number of professional bodies such as clean energy technology, electric cars,ecological environmental protection, intelligent building, smart grid field consulting, training, exhibition industry. As the chief expert and senior consultant, he was successively involved in strategic emerging industries planning works for Beijing and Weihai, Jiangxi province, Shanxi Province, Hainan province, Wuxi, Daqing, Jinzhou, Benxi, Dongguan and other cities. Successfully planned and participated in organizing and completing foundation of the fist domestic power desulfurization denitration, transformation of the fist domestic electric power enterprise, exhibitions and BBS of the first new energy and energy storage technology, and the more fuel-efficient cars. He has extensive connections and resources with the enterprise in fields of ecological environmental protection, circular economy and clean energy, smart grid,electric vehicles and other strategic emerging industries.

Serves as deputy secretary general of Chinagraphene industry technology innovation strategic alliance, deputy secretary general of environmental technology standards committee of China environmental protection federation, chairman of the investment and financing committee of China association for the promotion of industry-academy-research cooperation,and the supervisor of Zhongguancun energy storage industry technology alliance.
