Dusan Losic completed PhD (2003) in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology at Flinders University, Adelaide, South Australia followed by one year postdoctoral position at Monash University, and 3 as a Research Fellow at Flinders University. From 2007 he worked (5 years) as the ARC Research Fellow at University of South Australia, and from 2012 as the ARC Future Fellow at the University of Adelaide where now is leading Nano Research group of >20 researches. From 2017 he is leading Graphene Research Hub for Industry transformation, the first Australian integrated research for translation of graphene research. His interdisciplinary research encompassing several disciplines focused on applying nanoscience and nanotechnology to engineer new nanomaterials, processes and devices to address fundamental, health, environmental, energy and agriculture problems. From 2013 his research group started work on graphene and development of graphene products for emerging applications. He published 3 books, 20 book chapters, >220 journal papers, >80 conference papers, >150 conference presentations, 6 patents, attracting >6000 citations (H >42) and 13 journal covers.
