Abstract
Graphene is a supper new material discovered in the early 21st century. It’s the thinnest, the lightest and the most hard material known to human and also own the least resistance and the highest thermal conductivity. It is a transparent and flexible magic material which is expected to become the ideal electrode, semiconductor material and thermal conductive material and has broad application prospect in electronic information, new energy automobile and aerospace industry etc.
The R & D team in Shanghai Second Polytechnic University composed by professor Xie Huaqing and Dr Yu Wei, adopt the catalytic oxidation multiple layer stripping technique developed independence to get the graphene nanosheet has excellent performance. This technique is relatively simple and can realize automation of production, greatly reduced the amount of acid. In the production process, it’s environmental protection. And the highlight of this technique is controling the layers of graphene, through cycle of the intercalation stripping to control the graphene product size in the 3-5 µm and more than 80% of the graphene is single layer. More than 80% of the Multilayer graphene’s layers whthin 10 and the production cost is much lower than the average cost of graphene products currently on the market, it’s propitious to accelerate the large-scale production and application steps of graphene and its derivative products. At present, the Shanghai Second Polytechnic University is in cooperation with the Jiangsu Yueda group, is committed to the development of graphene application products and this report will introduct more systematic what recent progress Shanghai Second Polytechnic University has made in graphene conductive materials R & D,such as high thermal conductivity film of graphene, graphene heat conduction glue and graphene thermal conductive plastic etc.
