Haofei Shi is the chief scientist of Chongqing Graphene Technology Co. Ltd., and he is also a professor of Chongqing Institute of Green and Intelligent Technology (CIGIT), CAS, where he serves as the Director of the Center for Nanofabrication and System Integration. His research interests include carbon nano-materials, nanofabrication, and their applications in nano-devices, in which he has more than 30 publications and 25 patents. His works were cited more than 700 times and were reported by BBC, Discovery, Science etc. He is the peer reviewer of 18 international journals include Applied Physics Letters, Optics Letters, Optics Express. In recent three years, he and his group are mainly focused on the mass production of large area graphene films and their commercialization in touch panels, flexible OLED, broadband photo detectors and other optoelectronics devices.
