 Many techniques have been proposed for the preparation of graphene and their polymer composites. Of those reported approaches, the ‘Scotch tape’ method is original. Up to date, it creates the best graphene samples which are useful for various experimental studies. However, the unwieldy seriously limits the single layer yields. Undoubtedly, to increase the supply of high-quality single-layer graphene sheets for facilitating their applications and studies, mechanical peel-off techniques still need to be extensively investigated. Here we propose  approach which using the ball mill to prepare the graphene with satisfied thickness. Ball milling could also be used in preparation of polymer-graphene composite in situly, such as Polyester/graphene,Epoxy/graphene composite, and etc. The as-prepared composite showed excellent mechanical ,electrical properties,and etc.
