Scalable Preparation Technique of Low-Coat, High-Quality Graphene
Large-scale preparation technique has been the critical hurdle to affect the innovative graphene-based materials and devices. Although considerable efforts have been conducted in the past decade, commercial graphene products with high performance/cost ratio remain scarce. We here present our progress in scalable graphene preparation techniques, in which different kinds of graphene samples were prepared in a scalable manner, including graphene products with different layers, different extents of oxidization, different lateral sizes, even with different functional groups. These products are expected to have application potential in energy storage, flexible display, light-emitting diode devices, solar cells and composites such as high-performance coatings, functional polymer fibers, thermal interface materials etc.
Structure, Properties and Possible Applications of Conductive Graphene Inks
As multifunctional carbon nanomaterials, graphene has been deemed to have great potential in improving our life and workefficiency. Especially for application of conductive inks, production low-cost,high-quality graphene nanosheets opens a hopeful avenue for developinghigh-performance conductive inks, which will be widely applied in variousfields such as flexible display, radio frequency identification, solar cellsand so on. We here present our experimental results in developinghigh-performance conductive graphene inks, based on our high performance/costratio graphene preparation techniques. We show that based on these grapheneproducts, which have been produced in a large-scale manner, the resultingconductive inks can be used to prepare highly conductive, transparent graphenecomposite films, and thus exhibit great application potential in futureelectronic and energy storage product fields.
