田素云博士,上海骐杰碳素材料有限公司,高级工程师,毕业于中科院上海微系统与信息技术研究所 微电子专业,博士期间研究方向为石墨烯材料及碳碳复合材料的应用,曾发表多篇国际高水平论文及多项专利。目前主要研究碳基复合材料、热场材料、以及碳材料在新能源应用、航空航天等方面的应用,成功开发了碳纤维热场产品、碳预制体、碳陶刹车盘、碳基电极毡、高性能复合碳纤维材料等多个前言产品。
Abstract:
In the production and manufacturing process of high-end equipment manufacturing, semiconductors, aerospace, military, new materials, flow batteries, and artificial intelligence products, the application of ultra-high temperature devices and equipment is involved, and the key material supporting high temperature resistance, high strength, corrosion resistance and lightweight - high-performance carbon composite materials is supported by the development of ultra-high temperature field products. It is based on carbon fiber composite material skeleton, densified by chemical vapor deposition process or liquid phase impregnation, and then treated by ultra-high temperature graphitization, which is used in high-end field product manufacturing to provide heat resistance protection and internal structural materials. With the development of technology and industry, graphene and carbon-carbon composite materials are combined through specific composite technologies and processes, and the advantages and properties of the two can be combined to create products with higher crystallinity and purity, and the product performance in various fields can be further improved.
