Technical Director of Zhejiang Renfang New Material Technology Co., LTD., 9 years of experience in textile industry, with a large number of special textiles and functional textile development experience. Familiar with all kinds of textile production and processing technology, product testing methods and related performance requirements, currently mainly engaged in the application development and industrialization of graphene textiles, involving graphene modified composite materials, graphene antibacterial deodorant textiles, graphene antistatic textiles, graphene far infrared textiles development and industrialization. Led three key R&D projects at the ministerial level and central enterprises, with a total value of 20 million yuan. Led by the graphene green antibacterial multi-functional textile industrialization project successfully landed in Zhuji and built an annual output of 300 tons of graphene textile pilot line, developed technology and product industry and commercial applications of more than 20 items, the output value of more than 50 million yuan.
As a magical new two-dimensional nanomaterial in the 21st century, graphene has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, high electron mobility, high specific surface area, good thermal conductivity and high bacteriostasis. Graphene can be applied to all kinds of textiles to empower textiles and help traditional textile enterprises transform and upgrade. According to the different needs of various textiles, different graphene specifications and different characteristics of graphene are used to solve the pain points of different textiles, and the application field of graphene in textiles is expanded, including antibacterial deodorant socks, antibacterial moisture absorption underwear, far infrared thermal underwear, conductive yarn, antistatic fabric, far infrared antistatic cotton clothing and other products. Starting from the characteristics of graphene materials and the application research of graphene in textiles, the report focuses on the development and industrialization progress of the company at the present stage, as well as product types and product properties.
