Yongbin Zhao, Ph.D., is the Vice President of Koza Novel Materials Co., Ltd & Dean of Koza Research Institute. He have been engaged in R & D and industrialization of special polymer, resin-based nanocomposites, and new carbon materials, mainly used in photoelectric display, new energy, automobile lightweight, new materials and other fields.
In 2012, he was approved the "Beijing Overseas Study Personnel Merit-based Funding Program". In 2013, he was honored as "National Overseas High-level Talents" (one of the 14 people in the whole nation, also the only one in Beijing). In 2017, he was approved as the young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions in Dongying City. In 2021, he was selected as a leading talent in Suqian City's "Thousand Leading Talents Gathering Program", and in 2022, he was awarded the sixth phase of "333 Talents" in Jiangsu Province Key Industry Talents, and the Outstanding Engineer of Suqian
. In 2023, he was honored as an innovative talent of the "double innovation" plan of Jiangsu Province. His more than 60 SCI papers have been published in Adv. Mater.,AFM,ACS Nano, Nanoscale,RSC Adv.,J. Power Sour., and other internationally renowned journals. He has applied for 3 international patents, more than 120 Chinese invention patents (more than 40  patents have been authorized). He has led or participated in 8 national, industry and group standards, and has given  more than 50 conference reports in domestic and international academic conferences.

Abstract



At present, graphene thermal conductive film has been used in mobile phones, tablets, computers and other electronic products, and has gradually penetrated into 5G communications, new energy vehicles, energy storage and other fields. Currently, since the power consumption of 5G mobile phones is 2.5 times that of 4G, eventually, the poor heat dissipation leads to CPU frequency reduction and battery damage. While graphene thermal conductive film has significant properties such as light weight, controllable thickness, strong toughness, and high thermal conductivity, which ahould solve the key safety problems in thermal management of high-power electronic products.
In 2021, Koza New Material Co., Ltd started the Graphene Thermal Conductive Film projest. and laid out the field of electronics, display, new energy and military markets. Our company has established R&D centers in South Korea and Suzhou to serve domestic and oversea markets. Also, two production bases for graphene oxide synthesis and graphene heat conductive film production are planned in Suqian and Shuyang. From the perspective of how to realize the pilot and industrialization of graphene, this report focuses on the progress and achievements of our company's R & D and industrialization at this stage. The graphene synthesis, heat conductive film preparation process, pilot platform, product performance, etc. are reported in detail. Therefore, Koza is committed to building a fine chemical enterprise integrating research, production and marketing.
