Yenan Song
副教授

  博士,华东师范大学物理与电子科学学院副教授,纳光电集成与先进装备教育部工程研究中心成员。2008年本科毕业于哈尔滨工业大学本部,同年国家公派赴韩国高丽大学微纳系统专业,并于2014年2月获得工学博士学位。2014年至2016年在浙江大学任职助理研究员、海外择优博士后。同年加入华东师大物理与材料科学学院(现物理与电子科学学院)纳光电集成与先进装备教育部工程研究中心。长期从事纳米碳材料的制备与应用方面的研究,申请授权相关专利10余项。迄今共发表中文及SCI论文70余篇,其中包括Nature Energy 等。编撰专著1部,受邀担任Chemistry of Materials、Advanced Functional Materials等多个著名期刊审稿人。以第一完成人获得上海真空科技进步一等奖。

Abstract

In recent years, the rapid development of electronic information technologies such as 5G has caused the problem of electromagnetic wave (EMWs) pollution. Two-dimensional (2D) materials have outstanding performance in anti-electromagnetic interference fields such as military, commercial and civil communications due to their nanoscale thin-layer structures and excellent properties. However, 2D materials such as MXenes and graphene have unsatisfactory impedance matching due to their high conductivity and high carrier mobility. In addition, 2D sheets are easy to agglomerate. Introducing nitrogen doping defects into two-dimensional materials has become one of the important methods to solve the above limitations.
